What is your return policy?

Damaged or unsatisfactory items may be returned for refund within 30 days, with copy of the packing slip that accompanied your order and letter stating reason for return. Please mail items you wish to return to Painted Prairie. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges or returns. All returns will be handled through Painted Prairie.

Product will be mailed to you directly from Painted Prairie either by USPS First Class.
For special shipping requests, contact Painted Prairie at:

Due to the added cost of a merchant account and website overhead, you may pay for your purchase by PayPal or Money Order only.
